Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of $350 or more, depending on the extent of restoration needed to eliminate odors and ensure freshness for future guests.

In ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all, we enforce a strict no parties or events policy on the premises. This helps maintain a quiet and respectful environment for our guests and neighbors.
Violating this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund, and you may incur additional charges for any damages or disruptions. Is there a Cancellation Policy?
Flexible Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change, and we’re here to accommodate you. Here’s a quick overview of our cancellation and refund policy:
- 100% Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (not applicable to last-minute bookings made within 7 days of check-in).
- 50% Refund: Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 6 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, as rebooking becomes difficult.
To request a refund, contact us by phone or email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear.

Do you allow pets?
While we love animals, we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets to our property. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies. How many guests are allowed to stay?
Our property accommodates up to 4 overnight guests. While additional visitors are welcome, they may not stay overnight and must depart by the end of the day. This policy ensures a comfortable experience for all guests and helps us maintain the space for your stay.
Is the property child-proof?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for families, please remember that you are fully responsible for your children’s safety. Our home is NOT child-proof and may contain small items and cleaning products that pose risks.
We urge all adults to supervise children at all times, as even a momentary distraction can lead to unexpected situations.
Do you offer last minute booking?
We do not accept last-minute bookings, as we want to ensure the property is perfectly prepared for your stay. All reservations must allow for at least one day between bookings for thorough cleaning and setup. Thank you for helping us maintain the highest standards for your visit!
